On October 14, 23 students who attended overseas study in summer vacation organized by School of Marxism held a summary symposium in Conference Room 1701 of Sanjiang Building. Mr. Wang Jun, member of the Customs Committee of School of Marxism, and Mr. Liu Xiang, the undergraduate counselor, were invited to attend the meeting, which was presided over by Mr. Fan HongMin, secretary of the Youth League Committee of School of Marxism.

At the beginning of the meeting, Fan HongMin explained the significance of overseas study, briefly reviewed the situation of students' participation in overseas study in the School of Marxism in recent years, and introduced the school's financial aid policy. Then, graduate student representative Gu Qi, Qiu XinLong, undergraduate students representativeFu Chenying, Wang Qiao and ShengJiaLi share the learning experience. They say, by participating in the "Harvard University International Academic Research Paper Writing Guide" online courses, they have broadened their horizons, improved their ability of autonomous learning, and learned and mastered many practical skills about essay writing. In addition, students put forward suggestions on how to further improve the effectiveness of overseas study.
