At the beginning of the research, Professor Jin Lifu introduced the main content of the practical research to the leadership of the village committee of Dai Zhuang Village, aiming to summarize the "experience of Dai Zhuang Village" and help promote the rural revitalization by studying the "General Party branch + cooperative + family farm" model of Dai Zhuang Village and the "enriching farmers with farmers" development road of organic agriculture. "Going deep into the countryside and researching 'agriculture, rural areas and farmers' can't be replaced by simple classroom education," said Jin.

Yao Weichao introduced to the research team the basic situation of Dai Zhuang village and the experience of getting rid of poverty and getting rich, as well as the current development status and future work focus. Secretary Yao highly affirmed and praised Zhao Yafu, the national moral model and "model of The Times".
